It can be used in normal PC-classrooms as a multiple installation in different configurations.<\/p>\n<p>UNITEST offers the single console simulator in two (2) versions. In one version, the console is dedicated to medium speed engine room (<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/unitest.pl\/?page_id=779\">MER3D<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/unitest.pl\/?page_id=790\">MER2<\/a><\/strong>) with two (2) main engines, reduction gear and controllable pitch propellers. The simulator has universal features and may be used both for training merchant and navy fleet crew.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner top_padding=&#8221;20&#8243; text_align=&#8221;left&#8221;][vc_column_inner column_padding=&#8221;no-extra-padding&#8221; column_padding_position=&#8221;all&#8221; background_color_opacity=&#8221;1&#8243; width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]\n<h5>The main purpose of the simulator is the practical preparation of the trainee for engine room operation, and more particularly:<\/h5>\n[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=&#8221;Small Line&#8221; line_thickness=&#8221;3&#8243; divider_color=&#8221;extra-color-3&#8243;][vc_column_text]\n<ul>\n<li>familiarization with the basic engine room installation (compressed air system, fresh and sea water cooling system, lubricating and fuel oil system, gear and CPP hydraulic system);<\/li>\n<li>acknowledgment with main engines and auxiliary equipment starting procedure;<\/li>\n<li>propulsion system manoeuvring (main engines &#8211; reduction gear &#8211; CPP).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The simulator has been equipped with a desktop type realistic console that enables main engines, gear and CPP operation and control.
